Crawl Space and Pier-and-Beam Work

In the smaller inventory of pre-2000 and large-lot homes near downtown Fulshear or older sections of Weston Lakes, we access the crawl space to inspect beams, girders, and existing piers. Damaged wood is replaced, new concrete or steel piers are set to proper bearing, and steel shims fine-tune elevations. A continuous vapor barrier reduces moisture migration from the underlying clay into the framing. Floor-contour mapping confirms that the living space returns to level before the job is closed.
